We currently ship to addresses within Canada. International shipping may be available for select items - please contact us for details.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Free Shipping
- Available on orders over $100 CAD within Canada
- Delivery time: 5-7 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
- A link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Shipping Costs

Multiple Items
If you order multiple items:

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the packaging and damaged items
